Wendys in Batavia, Illinois - Worst visit

Stopped by at the Batavia Wendy's after softball game, went to drive thru. I ordered 3 spicy sandwiches and chicken nuggets. The manager who took my payment said 7 minutes wait so I said ok, I was asked to park my car at the front parking lot of Wendy's, waited for 15 minutes and food are not available, so I told him if he would have told me before I paid that it's going to take over 20 minutes I would have went somewhere else. Finally I got my orders went home and the chicken is hard and terrible never again Wendy's !!!

Three times at the Wendy's on Baseline and Cherry in Fontana the person taking the order would get the order wrong and then the manager blamed us for her employee getting the order wrong. The manager stated to her employee "you did nothing wrong sweetie" and then gave me a look that was so inappropriate and immature I couldn't believe it. Today 10/20/17 I was in line and a lady told this same employee who is still working there that the order is wrong. She literally said "Oh" and walked away. She came back took the order again with a terrible attitude. The customer said there is a price difference from the two orders. The employee gave her a dollar. The customer said I believe it's a dollar eighty eight. The employee said what's the difference. The customer asked for the manager and I know that wasn't the manager and he did and said nothing and didn't give her the 88 cents. This is crazy. You need new management and fast. our order, chicken nuggets and fries. How can we order that wrong.

Two weeks ago I walked in to order at the Bullard location in New Orleans. The cashier that took my order collected my money and the guy in front of me then went to fix our food. Didn’t wash her hands didn’t put on gloves. When I told the manager she said they were short staffed all the while two managers stood having a conversation and laughing.
