Wendys in Garfield Heights, Ohio - Terrible service along with waiting for 45 minutes inside the store.

On Saturday 2/16/19 at 1:30pm inside the store place my order gave the money. I waited inside the store for 45 minutes. A few of the team members were laughing was not dress appropriately, pants hanging down observered hid dirty under ware some were walking on the back of there shoes. They had a long line inside and at the drive through. The staff did not seem to have the since of urgency to get the customers out in a timely manner. More training is definitely needed at the Wendy's located at 5360 Warrensville Center in Maple Heights. This is no way to run a business it is pretty sad. Thank you Ms. Stevens

Hello, it's supposed to be "Fast Food". They should open up the other register that they got to speed along service.

I hate waiting in line, but when I sit down to wait, more customers come into the store and get into line.

If I waited for there to be no-one in line I would be there all day. With all of the sticky mess all over tables.

I waited 20 minutes to receive a cold, incorrect order. When I told the cashier at the drive thru window my order was wrong, he literally grunted something that wasn’t English. This isn’t my first bad experience at this particular store. I have contacted corporate before and received a coupon for a salad. This is a disgrace.

Order was missing food, cashier failed to give a receipt and argued with me after driving back around through the drive-thru. Lack of communication and common sense between employees. No excuse for such rudeness and incompetence. Left WITHOUT receiving correct order I paid for. Purchased more than what was given. RIDICULOUS.

Wendys in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania - Employee Falsley accuse customer of improper touching , while giving her ride

I went in to the store and sitting down having lunch, cashier who waited on me called the police, accused me that I gave her a ride and improperly touched her. Two police men from KIng Of Pruusia and two from Bridgeport showed up and escorted me out of the store. They accused me of improperly touching her, while she hitchhiked in Bridgeport, Pa. I called Wendy's and complained, that I did not know who she is never saw her before in my life, that she called the police. Police wants to talk to my wife about the incident. I went to have lunch yesterday and found out that she is still working there. I do not know Wendy's Ethics. No body called me to apologize and they did not do anything to her. Shame on them if that's the type of employees they retain on their payroll. May be they will make her the manager now. Police did not do anything to her. Just because she is a woman she accuse anybody of anything and get away with it, while destroying the pride and integrity of an innocent man.

I am a fun of wendy's . But what the cashier did to me was not good. She doesnt even smile to me,and it was like she's looking to me that i dont have the money to pay for my meal. She told me "additional 50 po yan ha" Is that the proper way say to the customer the additional price?ahe even look at me like kaya mo ba talagang bayaran?or are you tatanga tanga?is that the proper for a cashier to attend to her cashier. It happend at sta.lucia grand mall 3 f At around 5 pm If ever it will happen again i suggest that maybe the store needs alot of staff terminated imediately,they are not properly trained

Good Afternoon, I go to Wendy's in Crystal, MN. I work just down the road. To Whom it may concern: The customer service is outstanding at this location. Today is July 11th, 2017 (12:30pm) I ordered 2 frosties from a young lady, she had the nicest smile and very polite. I have noticed all employee's of this location are super kind and polite. I want you to know this is so important to people. Your food is good also, but your service is what sets you apart from the rest. I will always choose Wendy's because of this.
