I just got back from Wendy's drive-through. Open my burger and it's the nastiest thing I've ever paid for.

It was a cheeseburger(which I didn't order). It had been made for at LEAST an hour and was so overcooked, dry, nasty it was AWFUL!!! I didn't want to drive back so I called to complain. Guess what?

No one would answer the phone. I must not be the only customer not happy with them. I can't even find an 800 number. Even though they probably won't read this, I WILL NOT BE BACK to ANY Wendy's.

If they're not concerned about the PAYING customer then I can take my money elsewhere...Deborah Strickland Savannah,Ga.
