The Wendy's on 401 in Raleigh has to be the worst ever. It takes fifteen minutes just to go through the drive thru.

It see as if they take one order at a time, and complete it, before taking another order. going inside is worse, the care for the drive thru customers, and when they catch up, them they take your order.

The owner must not care about his store, beCAUSE IT JUST GETTING WORSE. Maybe if he loses enough money, he will lok into it.

Wendy's is a pure and utter joke! I had made a customer complaint to Wendy's Corp about the terrible customer service about an incident that had happened at a Wendy's restaurant in North Carolina and corporate had never contacted me back.


Oh, I don't think that losing money will make that gentleman change his ways. He's a millionaire and enjoys working at the Wendy's because he thinks that it's real fun.


Where in the Constitution does it say that you have to go there if you don't like it?
