Hey, my name is Aaliyah, and I was given uncooked burger meat even though my boyfriend was told to pull up, and we waited for the food, which means we were given enough time to cook the food. When I realized I ate the meat, I was very sick, and my stomach has been hurting every single day.
I was offered more food or my money back but was only given money back for the burger itself when I could've been killed. I don't recommend this fast food to anyone, and it has definitely ruined my chances with any fast food.
Be careful, guys.

I was overcharged yesterday they took my coupons and only applied 1 when i did my math. Manager said it was correct, its like saying 2 + 2 is 5.
1 spicy chicken combo order added to 11.48 and the chicken combo added to 21.18. Yeah i was clearly overcharged but they dont mind ripping customers off. Solution refund otherwise im not coming back.
I have also left a yelp review on the 16901 iliff wendys so you can see the receipt. Don't go to that wendys, avoid

On Saturday, March 15th, I was at the 120th and Melody location of Wendy's in Westminster, Colorado, standing out front of the Wendy's when an employee, the manager she later told me, along with her name 'Samantha,' came out and told me that I had been 'nodding off' and that she wanted me to 'go to the street corner to do that.' I responded that I wanted to buy food, which is why I walked there. She said, 'Are you sure?' She 'helped me' through my transaction, and with a line behind me, she was very clearly being rude to me.
When I asked her why she was being so rude to me, she responded with, 'You were nodding off in front of the store.' I asked her several other clear ways of trying to get the point across that she is in customer service, and I expected her to not treat me as less of a person. During this transaction, I felt belittled, embarrassed, ganged up on, and taunted. She never even attempted to apologize for anything. Not that it is any of their business, but I started a new medication that has proven to make me very drowsy.
On top of that, I had the misfortune of my house burning down, losing everything, and becoming displaced. The combination of the two, with sleep deprivation, has unfortunately caused a few moments such as this where, after exertion, and finally getting a moment to rest, I can fall asleep standing up. I get that there is a homeless population these employees deal with, but the immediate comment from this 'manager' for me to leave and go stand on the street corner to 'nod off' was not only incredibly insensitive and extremely rude, but incredibly reckless and a possible liability to be saying things like this from a position of power to a population of typically mentally ill folks. Even after I stated I was there to get food, she said, 'Are you sure?' I said yes, I was sure.
She then immediately said, 'And you're not just gonna nod off in my lobby,' and she said this in front of several patrons eating and a few that came in after me. I even apologized at the very start when she walked out to tell me to leave and stand at the intersection. I'm just incredibly disheartened, dejected, and minimized. I feel gaslit.
When my order came up, they made sure to put it in a to-go bag and have spent my entire dining experience awkward by talking about me. Either this manager of yours truly doesn't understand how rude and disrespectful she was, or worse, that she was entitled to treat me with no respect because she caught me sleeping standing up for a few moments, I guess, not bothering a soul. Or she is a manipulative person.
I truly hope I get action swiftly. I'm so tired of seeing these employees treating whomever they deem lesser than themselves differently.

I am a uner driver. This is how I make my living.
The Wendy's in Conway off 9th Ave and 501. I pull up to pick up the orders. Being told thu the speaker. Wendy's is temporary closed till further notice.
And I know some one that works there and I call to find out. The one that was left to manage the store did not want to work. So he decided to let all know buy his friends or ones he knew that we could not pick up or order. He caused me to have to cancel orders.
And get points put against me on uber.
I like a call back and something done please. This was wrong and caused alot of problems and I bet alot of money was lost

A $3.00 Bacon jr..cost me $10.05 and all i asked for was no mustard and extra bacon. What i got was a COLD SANDWICH, 1/4 SIZED PIECE OF LETTUCE AND 4 1/2 PIECES OF BACON.
MY TOMATO LOOKS AS IF ITS BEEN SHREDDED NOT SLICED AND I GOT ONE PICKLE!!! And they wont answer the phone n didn't give me a receipt even though I asked for one.

I was eating at a Wendy's and this DoorDasher walked in and waited for his order and then left and went to the window, *** off employees. He then waltzed back in and basically demanded his order, which was already prepared when he chose to walk out and pull up in the drive-thru.
The employee then gave the order to him. I can still see the anger on his face, but yet he still treated the customer with respect, even when the same attitude was not returned.

Wendy's received my complaint but they chose not to act on it they basically ignored my complaint that's bad business.
My husband and I went to Wendy's in Middleburg FL. 32068 on 4/14/2025 around 11:30 pm.
I ordered a baconator meal and my husband ordered a biggie bag. Both of our fries we ice cold. As was our burgers. But I only got 2 paper thin slices of bacon and the meat on my sandwich was spoiled.
My sprite also has no syrup. It was just soda water.
Buy far, this was the biggest waste of our time and money. We are beyond disappointed with the situation.

A problem at a local store
A local store is in violation of federal law. I am being told that Wendys policy supersedes federal law.
When asking to speak to the managers GM, he refuses to give me that number. I dont want to file a federal complaint. I have to have the police come every time I want to go into the store. Since I am an advocate for the disabled, I would be more than happy to be patched in on a managers call and explain the federal law.
The manager now lets me in the store because he knows if he does not. I will call the police. I tell them I want it resolved informally and for him not to be issued a citation. Please help me so I can resolve what should be a very simple matter.
Once again, I do not want to go the formal route.
However, is this text message is ignored. Then I will have no choice.

I bought through the Wendys app on March 9th for $31.89. There was a problem with over half of the order and so it was canceled.
They referred me to the in app support for my refund and STILL im sitting here waiting. I was told on 3 occasions that in 14 days my refund would be processed and still nothing has come from it. No refund ever was done and Ive disputed with my card company with no luck also.
Wendys processed the payment and never canceled my order. I NEED to get that refund ASAP.

First of all I want you to know that Wendy's is number one when it comes to fast food and I absolutely prefer Wendy's to McDonald's orl Burger King. ing.
When I go into Wendy's to get the kids size ice cream they refuse to put the new flavoring on of strawberry chocolate brownie or caramel. This isn't right and some of them do it for us and some of them don't.
When you have the girl scout cookie special they put the flavoring on the small one. When you have the pumpkin are very berry flavor which are all special flavors other than just your boring chocolate and vanilla there's never a problem with the small one. Now all of a sudden there's a problem and they refuse to put the flavoring on it. At Halloween time I buy hundreds of dollars worth of your books for the kids for Halloween and I also buy the plastic year ticket that I put in all my friends and relatives Christmas cards.
Whether they use them or not it's not so important it's that it goes for a good cause for adoption.
I really wish that you would tell he's Wendy's that they should not make a distinction between the small Sunday and then the other side Sunday with regards to putting the flavored syrups on. Thank you for listening and have a great evening.

I am a frequent consumer of Wendys and the last time I went there we had an issue with my order I contacted the store and was told by Jennifer that they would have my name down and they would either give me a credit or replace my order. I told Jennifer since we shop there so much dont worry about the refund I can get my order replaced she said okay.
Whats your name and whats your husbands name when y'all come you can get it replaced. I went there tonight to have it replaced I was met with a guy I dont know his name because the wouldnt give it to me. He looked for my name couldnt find it then I remembered the managers name I spoke with which was Jennifer the manager on duty was Christina she called Jennifer and Jennifer told her to not remake my order and told her to tell me to get out or they would have to call the police.
All because I was told to come up there and get an order remade. This is the Wendys in Jacksonville Florida River city!

I hope you weren't operating a vehicle and that you currently aren't, if you are using a medication that can make you nod off while standing up. Most of us have seen someone nod off and we know the reason!
It doesn't sound like she was rude, after all, she still served you, and it is understandable why a business would not want a person nodding off on their premises. I'm not sure what action you are looking for to be taken??? P.S.
