uncooked chicken served to customer that it made sick to the point of vomiting an too days loss of work took sandwich back inside manger never ask to see it just Give him the money back for just the sandwich an walked off even Phill another customer walk out an thought she was rude so I was told 2 hire a attorney by another customer that had similar run in like this an warned me about customer service so here I am trying to avoid this but customer service was just like it was said to be

Bad Customer Service

On the screen I bought a sandwich and it was Mark $3.79 the computer charge me $4.29 so I acknowledge the price difference and the manager stated that it is what it is and it can't be changed she was very rude loud and embarrassing to me because my question about the price change at first they said it was a Taxes and then I looked on my receipt and I told them that no I was charged for 4.29 for the sandwich and she said well the price changes in the system.

Manager will not give refund

We did not get all of our order when I called up here to complain and how rude staff was manager hung up on me and then when I came up to get my money back for food I paid for but never received she Refused to give me my money back!! That is ridiculous considering I paid for food and never received it!!

Bad services

Came into Wendy due to long drive thru lane. When I came I ordered double stack, fries, and small frosty. They gave me my frosty and started filling orders from uber etc. They had one person on drive thru, and people for uber etc, but no one for customers coming in....

Don’t know why you are doing horrible things to customers!!!

Got dinner for my family and they not take off papers for cheese and you try to call store and no buddy answer phone!!!and when you get back to store they told me is not a big deal !!!

We ordered door dash, when the dasher got there. They told her someone else picked it up,,she demanded they give her our order, the manager said that he would fix it.We got the order it was wrong, door dash gave a small refund. We started to eat what we received, my son began vomiting, there was a chunk of hair from God knows where in his sandwich

Stopped at the on route in Woodstock and ordered baconator meal and fries were cold and same for burger. Couldn't turn around. Had to heat in microwave when I got home and it was terrible.

Poor service

Wendys - Poor service
My husband and I ordered our food we were treated poorly. When we got our order it was wrong. My husband went back to the lobby and he was treated with racism. My husband is Hispanic. They tossed the rest of our order (when they found it) on the counter. The food was cold and tasteless. I am 60 and my husband 67 and we have never been treated so poorly. Is this an example of our current workforce? Young and rude.

I was not there, but often people claim "discrimination" without proof. This person is ashamed to have a Hispanic husband.

If they are ashamed of Hispanic people they should not marry one. The issue was that the other customers are just as important.

Prices

On the new menu prices for september of 2022 it states the price of a jr.bacon cheeseburger as $1.99. At the drive through it states the price as $2.99. I talked to the manager on duty at the time and she basically told me I was wrong and that it was $2.99 even when I showed her the price on the internet Why do you give one price on the internet and charge a different price at the store? I feel like I am being cheated. I feel I should be refunded my overcharge of $1.07. I also think your managers should be more courteous to the customers.

Menu prices

I ordered a Junior bacon cheeseburger from the Wendys in Braselton Georgia they charged me $2.99 for the burger but on the website you have a new updated menu prices for September 2022 and it says its $1.99. I talk to the manager and she sad that there was nothing she could do about it that I was wrong why do yall post if you have new upgraded menus and prices and not adhere to that price I would like my money back

Bad customer service, lies order was wrong

I ordered a honey butter biscuit with chicken after I asked if the chicken was good because prior three visits it was bad they told me it was a new vendor so I ordered it again along with a honey butter biscuit. I also asked for a side of honey butter for both the chicken was *** and no honey butter at all on either and I got one side with a half full tiny container. It was an awful visit when I called the location they were very rude and said if I come back, theyll give me a free frosty. Normally I would be offered maybe a gift card or a replacement meal or my money back!

Raw chicken on breakfast sandwich. My son ate half before he noticed.

Raw chicken on breakfast sandwiches. My so got sick . Chicken was noticeably very pink. This is unacceptable. He spent $26 on breakfast and couldnt even the rest the food.
