Hello, I have an idea under a float. I was curious; my team and I were looking forward to working with you to make a new meal for ***'s called the Dishwasher Meal.

It comes with three big burger patties, black food dyed buns, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sesame seeds on the buns, ketchup, pickles, and secret *** sauce. The side is large fries, and to drink, it's basically Kool-Aid called the Kool Killer drink.

I have lived very near a Wendys Canada restaurant for almost 20 years and eaten there regularly. I took my family there A LOT when they were young.

Now that they are promoting immoral Halal meat I am boycotting 100%.

To chase a few extra customers they have abandoned people like me who dined regularly, spent thousands, and were OG Fan Boys for [PERSON_NAME] and the Wendy's menu.

I hope their business suffers for it.

But that will never make up for the pointless animal suffering they inflict.

Western morality is the reason that advanced nations such as Canada adopted standards to reduce animal suffering.

I will never support the cruel and ritualistic barbarity that is Halal.

Why do animals need to be conscious as they suffer and slowly bleed out?

Why would I want barbaric "holy men" from a faith I disdain uttering magic foofoo words over the poor beasts in a perverted death ritual?

When [PERSON_NAME]'s renounces this barbarity, this dreadful mistake they have made, I will return. Until then I boycott and urge friends and neighbors to join me.

I tried to leave this on your Customer Service Survey... but it was not working.

My wife ([PERSON_NAME]) stopped at [PERSON_NAME]'s Restaurant #00014066 drive thru on 5-13-2026 @ 3:49 pm.

When ordering two biggie bites meals, she asked the employee if the bites were chicken? There was no answer from the employee. She pulled the car around and picked up the order and noticed that the order was not correct. There were only two small fries and two small drinks.

She questioned the employee about the order and the employee got very rude and told her that is what she ordered. This pissed off my wife, and she said just give me my money back. The employee gave back some change but failed to give her back the ten-dollar bill. My wife reminded her of the ten-dollar bill and the employee responded...

here you go it looks like you need it more than us. With the rudeness at full level, my wife decided to park the car, go inside and tell the Manager of this altercation. My wife got inside the and asked for the Manager and it turned out the rude employee was the Manager. My wife told the Manager how rude she was, and you shouldn't act that way.

The Manager shrugged her shoulders turned around and walked away while saying that she should call the cops. I think there were some more words said by each. So, as my wife is pulling out of the Wendys, a Police car is pulling in and stops her for questioning. My wife was told by the Policeman that the Manager filed trespass paperwork against her for harassment and she had to sign a paper stating that she is barred from going to that [PERSON_NAME] for one year.

When my wife returned home, I heard the entire story. At that moment I knew that I had to let customer service know of this debacle. I did not have the name of the Manager, so I called the Wendys store. A women answered the phone and I asked for the name of the Manager today and the response was still on the rude side.

She told me that I was harassing her and if you want the name of the Manager that I would have to call the police. My response to her was "what are you all doing" and I then hung up. The Manager must have called the Police again because I got a phone call from the Police Department asking about this confrontation. The Police do not know who I am.

I didn't get in that mess, but I did call [PERSON_NAME].

So, now you know...

but will you fix it.

I would like a response to this email with the action plan implemented.

I would also like you to notify the Williston Police Department that my wife can go back to store #00014066 if she deicides too. If she can't go in, I can't eat your wonderful food.

We received our order, and I can't even tell you what it is supposed to be. It's a thrown-together, soggy bun. Poor representation for a food chain.

Hello, I am the spouse of an employee who works for you at the location of [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]. I am tired of him coming home stressed out because of employees there who are making it a hostile environment for your employees.

One of your employees that I am referring to is dating one of the supervisors who supervises all the others. Should there be in-house dating or marriages where couples work together? These couples should not be supervising each other; you know that leads to favoritism. This is ridiculous for my spouse to come home all upset because they tell him to get out, they tell him that he shouldn't work here, and they tell him that he should be doing and helping them with their duties as he's trying to get his own duties done.

These employees are trying to say that they can tell anybody anything on how to do it and when to help them with their jobs, even though his job is just as important. Obviously, management can't manage supervisors that are under them. These so-called employees who don't like to do their job yet make their fellow employees feel upset and stressed hurt others because of the way they are spoken to, which can trigger someone's anxiety and depression to go over the edge. This is not fair to the employees who are there to make sure customers get the service that they need and order.

The same employees who are causing distress to your employees who work there are also ignoring customers of different nationalities, handicaps, origins, races, and all of the above. I expect you to take care and do something about this. I stopped going to your establishment for the longest time. I had gotten sick at one of your locations, and now I have reservations about going to your locations to order from your menu.

I expect a call or an email stating that you are going to take care of this situation. Thank you for your time and listening; I hope to hear from you soon.

This is a later in the day. Now I have to pay $10 for your services to correct an issue that is going on with your company.!!!

Your husband needs to handle his own work issues. He has an HR department for these matters.

Just so you’re aware, his employee handbook (like every company’s) probably has a policy of not posting employee issues online. You just made his situation worse ten-fold.

I visited your store to purchase 2 free combo meals that were sent to me from corporate for the horrible service we had last time. I'm sad to say it was just as bad this time.

I was the only car in line. The person taking the order wouldn't let me use both. And then she said her system wouldn't let her do them together. I said I would do two separate orders, and she said no, she was understaffed.

I said to make two meals; she had an attitude and said yes. I told her I would contact corporate because that was ridiculous. Why would you send two free combo certificates and not be able to use them? I was the only person in line and there were 3 employees.

She was being ridiculous. I pulled away and took my business elsewhere. I do not know what kind of people are employed there, but every time I go there it's an issue. Last time they told me they were only taking online orders.

I got out of line to do it and pulled back up, and they said, 'How can we help you?' not even 5 minutes later, but 5 minutes before that they were only taking online orders.

They had me pull forward because they were waiting on chicken for 15 minutes, and when they brought the food out, it was cold and the burgers were burnt and just thrown together. This is the [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] location in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] 43617.

So you are hoping by calling them, you will get more free food? Why not get a job there since they are understaffed?

This way you can afford to pay for your food and do not need to complain all the time just to get free food. It would also solve the understaffing issue. If you keep having issues STOP GOING THERE. But you only go because you hope by complaining, you will get free food.

BTW, it is NOT paying if you get free meals. Soup kitchens give free meals to people in your situation.

Resolved: One of the too many managers closing...

One of the too many managers closing sections of the eating area to interview new staff and poor service and food quality ( I ordered a crispy chicken that must have been premade hours before), the *** at *** and *** has really dropped the ball.

So I'm trying again, but for some reason, it's impossible to get a hold of anyone from this company. So I'm going to message and email everything I can do. I know someone got and read it; someone has to do their job.

And hopefully, something gets done with it. Thank you.

If I could give this company a negative 0 I absolutely would. I just stood at the counter with my daughter waiting on our order to be taken patiently.

After 9 min and 5 employees looking at us, continuing to gossip and ignore us. I finally asked is anybody taking orders. They just looked at me completely confused like the didnt work there or something. 1 person finally responded and said ummm idk I think you have to use a kiosk or something.

Mind you if that would have been an option I obviously would have used it instead of dealing with the horrendous customer service experience we had. We stood there another 2 min while they continued to stand around doing nothing. Not a single person spoke when we walked in, nobody said we will be right with you. Nothing.

I have been a store manager in customer service for 18 years and never in my life have I had such a bad experience with your company. I will never be frequenting that location again. I will be leaving a review on every site, along with contacting the BBB. Something needs to be done with these employees and whoever was the manager.

This happened at the location at ******, on February 6 at 4:30pm. I also would like to mention that I have a mental illness and this visit made me spiral very quickly downhill after the fact.

Local ***’s Refusing to Make Orders

My local Wendys has a sign on the window that says its open until 3 AM. I work late, so of course I get off late.

I wanted to go get *** for me and my roommate after work and get there at about 2:20 AM. Get told by the employee on the speaker that theyre only accepting mobile/delivery orders at the moment. I state but dont yall close at 3? and they play dumb and ignore my question.

So I go to place my order on the app since they said those are the only orders theyre accepting and the app wont let me order becaue they already marked the store as closed. I dont care how late it is, if youre gonna advertise in store and on Google that youre open until 3 AM, then I should be able to place an order at 2:20 AM either at the store or on the app. But clearly this location (***) doesnt want to actually do ther job, as this is a RECURRING PROBLEM. One that I have already called the store manager about before and was told that they are in fact SUPPOSED TO TAKE MY ORDER!

So clearly, the late night staff at this location is just coming up with whatever lies and excuses get them out of having to actually do their job! Not too sure why the store manager doesnt put his foot down and start writing up/firing these lazy bum employees he has working the late shift. I even called Wendys corporate customer care line, only for the automated response system to keep hanging up on me when I would select my reason for calling.

Whats the point of a customer care line if its gonna automatically hang up on the customer once they select the option that matches their reason for calling? All around a terrible experience and its stuff like this thats causing *** to drastically drop in popularity.

User's recommendation: Being that this is a recurring/repeating problem with this location, I would recommend going literally anywhere else. Either that location gets it together, or they lose enough business that they have to shut it down.

Racist GM told me my transaction didn't go through. Let her see my online bank app to show it did, still didn't believe me.

Talked with my bank, *** Fargo, still didn't believe me. Ready to contact a lawyer because of this location in ***, ***. This is the third bad experience with this location, and I've been a ***'s customer for over 30 years.

Haven't been back to a ***'s since this embarrassing interaction!!! One pissed off used to be ***'s consumer!!!

Hello, I bought food from [PERSON_NAME]'s at [STREET_ADDRESS]. I watched as they took a burger back that a customer said was wrong, then tried to give it to me.

I told the lady I did not want that after they just got it back from someone. They went and still handed me the same burger. To keep from getting angry, I left.

It was disrespectful, nasty, and a waste of money and my break from work. I'm utterly disappointed.
