New ReviewerI didn't eat anything for the duration of Tuesday the 14th, and Wendy's was the first thing I ate that day.
I was looking forward to getting Wendy's fast food because I really like their burgers. I ordered on the mobile order app and used the offer for a free Dave's Single with a purchase.
I ordered the Biggie Bag for $5 and got the Dave's Single with it, all totaling $5.80 (though it should've been $5 and I don't understand why the .80 cents was added because I didn't add any extras). I pulled up to the window, told them the mobile order name and pulled to the pick up window. They gave me my food and I drove to a parking spot immediately outside the drive thru. I parked and started eating the food.
I ate the double stack, which, by the way, didn't have bacon even though it was advertised that it should have bacon and I asked for bacon when I ordered on the app. I tasted the fries and each one I ate was unsalted. They forgot my BBQ sauce as well which was frustrating. I started eating the Daves Single and noticed something off about the taste but continued eating.
I looked closer at the meat and saw that it was RED MEAT; the inside of the burger was literally raw, red hamburger. I was repulsed and set the burger down on the napkins. I took the burger apart and saw that the top bin was wet with water and the bottom bun was soft and spungy, literally soaked to the core, with cooking oil. I couldn't believe how many strikes there were from this one order.
All I wanted was a simple meal and I ended up with a mess of inedible food.
Offenses:
Raw meat
Unsalted fries
No bacon on Double Stack
No sauce
They handed me 2 bags of food at the window and then returned away without saying anything. I waited for a moment then politely asked if that was the whole order. The lady said yes and I drove away. It was confusing for me because she didn't communicate to me at all about the completion of the order.
While I was waiting for her response, she yelled to her coworker to know if she should call "Heather" for backup.
I assume that means they were understaffed.
When I got home from Wendy's, which is .5 miles away, I took pictures of the food and put it back in the bag and into the fridge.
I contacted Wendys and filed a claim using the automated messaging. I gave a simplified version of the above problem and gave them the details of store number, time, date, my email and the expectation that they'll respond to me. It is now past 24 hrs and I have not received any sort of contact from Wendy's, though the customer service site says I would be contacted within 24 hrs.
I want compensation for my disgusting experience. I will never eat at Wendy's again and I will tell everyone I can about the experience in hopes that they will also not eat there.
I don't want to get sick from this experience or anyone else who eats there.
I am feeling sick in my stomach and will seek medical attention if it gets worse. I have nausea currently.
At 7:27pm I felt uneasy and needed to use the restroom. I'm staying hydrated and resting.
Current symptoms include:
Nausea
Dehydration
Loss of appetite
Bloating
Indigestion
Headache
Upset stomach
I am a healthy individual and eat fast food about once a month.
I'm looking for compensation for:
medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, emotional distress and other โcompensatory damages.โ
User's recommendation: Don't eat Wendys!!
Monetary Loss: $6.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Wendys Cons: Dirty food, Raw meat, Soaked in oil, Bun wet with water, Undercooked burger.

But 16 percent on taxes. Never heard of taxes being that high.
But you are forgetting that she is the scammer.. She wants full refund because she cannot afford her meal. That picture is a fake and was taken off the internet.
Though raw meat is an issue you should be upset about. The price well there is this thing called sales taxes.
The 80 cents was taxes.
Some localities have higher than state sale tax on food. If you don't understand basic taxes then I have hard time believing you are intelligent enough to grasp even basic concepts.

I got her fired because she would insult me by calling me "Patrick" (retarded character from Sponge Bob Square Pants) and she at me. She was insane and mentally ill.
What is disgusting is if the employee does get fired it will be because of the OP's lies to get free food. This picture was clearly taken off the internet to look like her meat was raw to get her meal refunded. What a shame.
went to wendys for the first time in a long time very unhappy with our cheese burgers no taste and very dry seemed as though it was sitting around will not go back!!!
That's why I always request that they.make.my food fresh. Often they will say "this literally just came up a.minute before you walked in the door".
Don't believe them. I've agreed to take that food lots of time before only to find it had sitting around a real long time.
Nothing sucks like cold boogers and cold hard fries.It.may qiss them off, and usually it dies, but insist that they make it for you fresh. It's well worth waiting a few extra minutes
