There were three of us who entered and empty store there were absolutely no customers in the store we stood at the front counter for close to five minutes while three or four employees were gathered over near fries and talking about everything but business or Wendy's related ... The manager was in the back of the store in one of those see-through windows and was on their computer looked up at us once did not acknowledge this did not signal for anyone to help us ...mind you this store is completely void of customers .

Finally one ypung man goes and gets this woman out of the bathroom ,I think I'm not sure where she was ,and we hear her say it's only 2 people.

Well actually it was three people she can't count obviously and here's the deal we are three paying customers ,three paying customers at that point ,who have been totally ignored .. Did not say hello didn't act like she wanted to take our order did not ask us about sauce; it was a horrible experience the third member of our party decided not to order anything at this Wendy's and we went someplace else to finish our dinner meal period This was a wendys at g and hunting park ,in Philadelphia...last night ,june7th @8:15 pm Needless to say we'll never go back there as customer service was non-existent the workers were more interested in talking about everything their hearts desired but not interested in waiting on us ,and they all saw us and they all continue to stand in a circle not get anyone nor did they acknowledge us ...not have someone wait on us why would we spend our money there never never never again
