My family and I frequent the local Wendy's. There are lots of other choices in town, but we love the products offered by this fast food company.

My complaint is about a systematic effort to increase every sale, at least at this location. We've notice that whether you are in the drivethru or in-house and you order a menu meal, they automatically upsize your order unless you call them on it.

They don't give away receipts because there would be many more complaints. I don't know if other loactions are doing the same, but this one does it every time.

Its not every Wendy's. You should get either human resources number or the district managers number and file a complaint.

Also be sure to ask for reciepts or refuse to leave until you get one.

You're supposed to get them. Its company policy
