My wife went to the Wendy's on North Broad Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey.They consistently get the orders wrong and they never pay attention and need to be trained in real customer service.

This happens all the time and it's ridiculous when we pay our money with the expectation of quality food and good service which is what Wendy's "emphasize". We ordered 2 Son of Bacon meals and instead were given to Dave Double's which has pickles and my wife can't eat.

Corporate needs to do something cause they make too many mistakes and they are getting worse.Terrible service

At least you got a burger, I paid $16 only to get home to a bag of fries...
