Inedible food

When I got home with my biggie bag the bacon cheeseburger was not edible! The bun was hard the burger was two toned like it had been reheated. Chicken nuggets were awful. I will never get food from Wendys again!Wtf I thought Wendys cooked their food when ordered Wtf also didnt want to drive back to have them mess something else up Wtf

I came today to use a coupon but it expired. No problem, i still wanted breakfast...

The staff here this morning is so annoying, i almost requested a refund but we waited 20 minutes for our food. You can check the cameras. Unprofessional, look like the rolled out of bed and came to work. Manager pants hanging dow past gos but with a belt on...

tighten the belt, we came for food not dirty boxer but shots. Took forever to get my food and if you ask for assistance the arguing in front of you of who dont want to. I probably would have received faster service in the damn drive through. They assisted 5 people who were after me because the drive thru was empty when i got in...

no coming back for breakfast. I should have went to Chick-fil-A. Who still still has Christmas decor in the lobby in March.

Wendy's use to be my first pick but the past year I am done. I would add a receipt but was not given nor offered.

Tonight I had done a mobile order to Wendy's I ordered a big double stack Dave a triple stack Dave and a regular Dave single Dave when we got there they said that they were out of the big meats they were out of ice they were out of just about everything it seemed and I asked for a refund and they did give me back some some of my money but they paid it out in cash but when we got our order home the hamburgers that we had gotten one of them was a was a kids meal hamburger with no meat and just cheese with Pickles and then the other two burgers that they gave us were regular the regular hamburgers which was fine but they still didn't get the order quite correct and I was just letting you know and also with one of the meals they were supposed to have been chicken nuggets and they were nowhere to be found I guess they were out of those also we also had ordered a Frosty chocolate Frosty and then another chocolate Frosty and they were out of that also my total purchase was going to be $38 and I ended up with just $10 but they the order was still wrong even with it not being the big sandwiches they still didn't get everything right and I had to ask twice for the refund they really should close the store if they don't have the food because all these kids did not know what to do and it was sort of sad I'm not fussing I just feel that it was very sad thank you

Biometrics and no customer service

Try to sign up for the rewards program. They told me I have to use biometrics i'm not using biometrics. Called customer service waited twenty nine minutes no response. Emailed, they said they will get to me in a few days. It may take longer. I'm so happy. I didn't have a serious problem. That would affect more peopbecause they have no customer service and don't care.

SO, I called my local Wendys on Hover in Longmont, CO to ask if the manager could pass on a message to Corporate about surge pricing. The manager argued with me and said he wouldnt pass on the message.NEXT, I called two different Corporate numbers, and without any reason, they arent answering their phones. After eating at Wendys several times a month since the first day Wendys opened in Boulder, CO, our entire family of six will no longer eat at any Wendys again. GOOD JOB!!

I visited Wendy's located at 6348 Lake Worth Blvd, Lake Worth, TX 76135. Customer service was horrible.

I have never felt so disrespected during a drive thru experience. I requested to speak to a manager and she stated she was the manager. I was then told to pull off or stay at the speaker and look dumb because she was done talking.

I simply attempted to order some kind of burger with a lettuce bun for my daughter she has Celiac. This manager asked if i wanted some kind of box?

i then stated i'm not sure what that is and apparently that pissed her off.

I pulled off after minutes of silence and chose not to enter the restaurant per request of my daughter to avoid conflict and handle my concerns in a more professional manner.

I attempted to call the store later that evening the young lady that answered the phone stated she heard the encounter and confirmed she was in fact the manager and was gone for the day.

I would like a follow up in regards to my encounter at Wendy's. Thank you

Hello, I'm very disappointed with the service at Wendy's establishment. My whole order was wrong and I lived 30 minutes away to drive back to Tuscaloosa when I called several times, there was nobody answering. I spent too much on the wrong food and on top of that they are too slow to not have the food prepared correctly

It was not customer service. It was management.

All I wanted to know was if I was being considered for the position I applied for or not. The approach that I was given was cowardly and unnecessary.

I went to that location this morning to talk to the manager about a position I applied for and was interviewed for. The manager saw me when I walked in as I approached one of the other staff members to let them know what I was there for.

She disappeared for s couple of minutes then come back to tell me the manager just left and they were getting ready to close the store due to the offline problem.

This story to me was a complete lie as far as I'm concerned because that manager told me to come in to the store this morning. If that position was filled why couldn't she simply tell me instead of making up this ridiculous story.

Came in your 103rd street Blanding blvd to place a to go order inside .around 7:25pm last night was ge myself dinner well i went inside and noticed the lobby was empty and your heavyset black employee lobby is closed and we aren't taking to go meals i was like i dont drive and my beef was why was the lobby of wendys open if your lobby was closed so i left annoyed and wasn't treated fairly and the employee made aure this visit was terrible will never go to this wendys again so i be damned going to the location again

Bad Food

On 2 /15/2024 at 11:30 am. My husband and I went to Wendy's in Glenolden ,pa. We order 2 Biggie Bags. We returned home to eat our food for only a hour later. We both became sick. Throwing up and extreme diarrhea and severe stomach cramping. We was confined to our beds for the rest of the day along with constantly using the bathroom. I'm very angry about this and will be taking further actions with this store location. I will not be visiting a Wendy's again because I'm of this bad experience.
