On Thursday, April 5th we went to Wendy's to eat at White Oak Shopping Center, Garner, NC

One of the items I ordered was a side garden salad. Upon opening it I discovered the iceberg lettuce had already turned brown. I took it back and they gave me another one. I returned it and the guy threw away about 4 and found one he thought looked ok. It was worse than the one I originally got. I went back the third time and told them just to give me another and I would try to salvage spring mix if I could.

None of the containers had dates on them to discard or when they were made.

I feel like after so many trips they should have offered me a small salad as it was apparent to me and the customers the side ones were old and no good

I told them if I were them I wouldn't take orders for anything more side salads.

I have never gotten food that looked thus bad and was surprised it did not have dates on it. I was also surprised after so many trips no one seemed to care. St no time did a manager cone up and offer to help

This made my husbands and my whole meal bad.

This website has glitches. In my opinion, after returning to the counter for the second time, you should have asked for the manager.

That is something that needs to be brought to his, or her attention. I have found that relying on the staff of a fast food restaurant to resolve a problem is never a good option. The problem would not have existed in the first place if the staff knew any better. Don't expect them to fix their own incompetence.

For many Wendy's employees, it is their first restaurant job. It might even be their first job, period.
