I purchased 2 sausage gravy biscuits that were so salty, we could not even eat them. I threw it away and ate a frozen sausage biscuit. What a waste of my time and money!

I truly hope someone bedside Wendy Representatives can see this. The service i recieved from this establishment was completely horrible. First all the employees had their mask on their chin, why wear it if its on your chin, 2nd when I enquired about the mask, the rude employee with the mask on her chin stated I am wearing and closed the window. Needless to say I did not eat their food. Lastly when I called their customer care line I held for an extended period of time, only to have them disconnect the call when the number reached 2 callers before a representative came to the line. This happened twice. So it is safe to say the customer care, quite like the service at this establishment is a joke.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I received an email from a company representative apologizing.

I declined any coupons and won't return. I've had more than this one complaint with the establishment and won't give them another chance..

I was at the drive thru of the Wendy's located on Eisenhower Boulevard near Highspire Pennsylvania today at one pm. I observed three employees including the woman working the window wearing their masks below the nose. The person working the window was incredibly rude. She handed me the order and didn't say thank you or anything else. No common courtesy and no decency either. Fire her. A robot would do a better job.

You have a very rude older lady working at hour Wendy's on Lincoln highway. I frequently go to that Wendy's. And she has a very nasty attitude. Today I waited in drive threw for half hour than went In. Waited another 45 min and she said to me I didn't ask you to come here. She is always rude and i spend my money. I.m tired of her. She is just down rite rude everyday.

The food must be good. Stop going.

The problem is with all fast food they know we don’t want to cook after long days of work. So they take their jobs for granted and think they can missed treat customers.

I been across some fast food restaurants it’s just some is very nasty or I seen it for myself that they are racist but I get my point through every time. We love the food but we have the power to just cook at home for a month and don’t eat at fast food restaurants heart the company and that will make corporate wake up to hired more Americans

You should not get a full refund if you ate the food. Just because someone was rude to you does not guarantee you a refund. Stop eating out if you cannot afford to.

Poor poorer poorest service I have ever received

Very very poor service. Waited in line at drive thru for 30min. Before I finally got my food. There were only 5 cars ahead of me. Needless to say I was livid by the time I reached the window. On top of that the fries were cold. Very annoyed.

REFUSAL TO REFUND PRICE OF DUPLICATE ORDER

Through no fault of my own, I accidentally placed two orders (at the Reston, VA store, #4146) for $6.15 on 2/10/21 on the Wendys App, but only picked up onethe first order, # 16805****. After I realized I had been charged twice, I called Anja, the store manager (at 703-437-****) so only one order would be prepared.

I asked her for an immediate refund of $6.15 for the second order (# 16805****) to my Chase VISA ending in -4873, but she said she could not refund orders placed on the Wendys App. When I got home, I immediately (on 2/10/21) requested a refund via email ('customercare@***.com'), text message (at 888-624-****), and online complaint form (at https://www.wendys.com/contact-us). The only reply I got was an email (from ruhal.amen@***.com) on 2/13/21 from "Ruhal Amen, District Manager, NPC Quality Burger, Baltimore South, 703-898-****." His reply was: "...we cannot give your money back to your card due to it is 3rd party transaction and we do not have any control. So here is the number you need to call ad explain your issue.

Again we cannot process or return your money back. The number is: 888-624-****." I tried calling that # 3 times. Each time, there were 40 to 33 callers ahead of me, and after 20 minutes, that number only decreased by about 3 callers.

THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM.

ANY REASONABLE PERSON HAS NO TIME TO WAIT TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, AND I LEFT A TEXT MESSAGE (AS RECOMMENDED IN THE VOICEMAIL GREETING) AT THE PHONE # (888-624-****) I WAS TOLD TO CALL. I INSIST THAT I BE REFUNDED $12.30 FOR BOTH ORDERS PLACED ON 2/10/21.

Gift card

I received a $40 gift card and made one charge in the amount of $7.89 and today I made another charge of $9.86making a total of $17.75 against the $30.. but the received today shows only $9.64 remaining and it should have $12.25 remaining. I did go thru your drive thru service. Looked at your menu 4 for 4 double stacker was on the menu. I proceeded to order the double stacker and was told not available for the 4 for 4. I advised it was in the menu. I wad told I still couldn't get it. I said why it's on your menu. The manager would not give me there name. This is unacceptable

I have a complaint about the food

I came to the restaurant around 11:15 pm an I ordered a $5 bag an a 4 for 4 ...double stack meal..the only thing worth eating was the nuggets...the fries were old an cold the burgers were salty an cold an the tea was watery with no flavor or color.I am very disappointed with the food I received...an on top of that ...no receipt in my bag. I phoned the manager (Michael)on duty an he apologized stating the restaurant was hectic all day an they were about to close in a few minutes...come back on the following day to replace the order..I told him that would not satisfy us being hungry tonight..but I would be in tomorrow...I can't believe that managers blame the way you receive your food is based on the day of service

Raw burger in drive thru

Waited in drive thru @ Wendy's in Carthage Missouri for 30 minutes and when I got back to work took 3 to 4 bites of burger because I am a supervisor and was trying to eat quickly so I can take care of employees and looked down and by burger was raw in the middle. It was like they browned it on outside but didn't pay attention to the middle whether it was done or not. I have had several long periods of waiting in this Wendy's location for several months now but I love your burgers until now. My phone # is 417-310-**** if you want to discuss any further.

Expired food and hair in my food

I ordered a breakfast sandwich the baconater to be exact and as I was getting ready to consume I smelled something then went to the sauce and it was old sticky with a very foul odor I ordered online directly to them so as soon as I seen the problem I called the store several times before the lunch peak so I called corporate in my state no answer customer service hotline no answer big corporate no answer so by this time Im very heated and even more pissed because I cant get in contact with anyone or the fact I paid for food that was expired
