Wendys in Albany, New York - Extremely poor service, terrible food, restaurant was very dirty

Went to order and there was only one person on the registers, and a long line of people waiting. We waited 25 minutes to pace our order. The counter was dirty, the drink machine located there was leaking all over the counter, which became very sticky. Ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Parfait and was told there was no vanilla ice cream, it would have to be chocolate. The baked potato was cold and over done. An employee who was doing the drive through window came through the dining room with an unlit cigarette hanging from her mouth, and went outside to light up....needless to say, Dave would not be very happy with this place (Congress St and Hamilton Street inSaratoga Springs, NY. I will never set foot in there again. Pass this one on.

I am pissed that you took the dippers way that stuff was good you must have been on drugs to take that off the menu... I request it be put back on!!! they were perfect for snacks when you didnt want to buy a whole meal.. It was such a great deal and i think it should be put back on as soon as you get this... I thought you guys were making so much money on those you really need to put those back on and i will bet you that you will make alot of money on those.. so get them BACK ON THE MENU!!!!!!!!!!

Wendys in Byron, Illinois - Restauran service

the wendy's restaurant located at orchard rd. And west indian trial in aurora,il. Has a poor customer services. The kitchen looks terrible mean...nasty. The eating area super nasty. Restroom stinks super bad. The restaurant floor bad bad and bad. please the latinos working there are rude with clients and make bad and *** jokes about people. My visit to wendys restaurant makes me feel sick and miserable. I love your food. I told my friends about my experiences and others. I really love wendys restaurant. But the poor services today was enoug to never and ever again wendys for my lunch.

a manager at wendy's on univ city blvd. in charlotte north carolina is very rude to employees, yelling at them, snatching things from their hands and moving them out of the way. she also rushes customers while ringing up their orders. she is disrespectful to employees calling them *** and slow and yelling at them when she is frustrated, i fell that if she is going to act this way towards co-workers and customers she needs to find a different profession. i believe here name is tameka, i am not sure if i am spelling it correctly but she needs to be informed about her unprofessional and rude behavior. it alarms me that someone who treats people with such disrespect has a management position and needs to be removed if she does not change her ways.

Wendys in New York, New York - Manager who berates customers.

I was at the drive thru at Wendy's when it was my turn to pay. The manager and the cashier could not find the order that was placed minutes ago. I got berated by the manager of the Wendy's, I felt humiliated in front of my two children, who I was buying dinner for at the time. I asked for a receipt and he snatched it and walked away, I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager. I asked for his name and he said you don't need my name. The man was very abusive in front of his employees at me. He kept yelling your order is not in here, stop cutting the drive thru line for about 3 minutes before he entered the order again. All the time stating that I should wait my turn instead of cutting the line, in the meantime there were 4 cars behind me waiting for their food, while this man was too busy berating me in front of my kids. I asked the girl for the phone number to complain, and he ran back, yelling their is no number, go to next window, meanwhile there was already a minivan at the other window waiting for their food. I asked the girl at the 2nd window for a receipt and she said you should have gotten one from the other window. I continued to say he kept my receipt, then she looked at the massive amount of receipt prinouts in front of her and found my order. The info on my receipt is register 4, time was 7:50PM address was 331 Rockaway turnpike, Lawrence NY. I tried calling the number at the bottom of the mini receipt I was given, 516-371-2346 and for 1 hour after 10 rings someone would pick up and then hang up the phone. The other numbers on the receipt were 16902516 4 4030. I will never frequent this Wendy's ever again. I felt so embarassed as a grown man in a blue shirt kept yelling and insult me in front of my kids.

If you want to use the wifi that bad then go outside and use it in your car or go to McDs. If they close at 11pm then you have to go! They have to lock the doors and do the closing procedures in the dining room because more than likely the person closing the dining room has to be done in gone within 30 minutes of the dining room close.

My exsperience at wendys

on june 4th i went to a wendys in nashville north crolina.with me was my wife and sister in law.we were traveling to kitty hawk north carolina in north carolina.we ordered 2 baked sweet potatoes off the menu and a single cheese seems a simple order.we payed for our order at drive thru.pulled away and discovered we had 2 regular pototatoes and a single no chesse.i turned around and went back to the drive thru when we spoke with the manager on duty.she in formed us we would have to pay and additon 4 dollars plus tax diff and then asked what would make us happy.i told her to make our order correct.then her attitude changed she became somewhat upset because we wanted our order right.i dont normallly write reviews or bad things about a fast food chain.only reason i am is that managers attitude was terrrible.i grew up in columbus ohio home of wendys.i worked for dave thomas at the kfc where he was a manager at cleveland and duxberry street just before he opened the first wendys on high street.the first store.many of my friends areand were long term employees of wendy corp.i thought you should know what kind of employees yuor franchise now employs as managers.i know mr thomas had a policy the customer was always right and to satify them.use this im formation as you will.as for me you have lost a long time customer over yuor manager in nashville north carloina.thanks mike thompson

The Wendy's in Medford,LI,NY. Is terribly run.

There are only 5 people working there and they don't care about the walk in customers only the drive ups. Food is still ok but all my family and friends will not go back. If you go there for lunch you will be late for work. Manager counts register money right on the counter where you get the food where everyone can watch.

Not a very good thing. The place is going down hill.

Not many customers in there anymore and when there is they don't get waited on in a timely fashion. Not friendly either.

Randolf Ohio wendys was all abuzz with flies all over the wall as we waited to order our food ...my wife and I commented to each other about it since there were more on the wall than on a horses ***...When we ordered our food i commented to the girl taking our order that there were a lot of flies in the place ..To which she repliedd like only an 18 year old girl can ..

"yeah ...It's a restaurant !"

East Madison WI Wendys (Stoughton Rd)

Have not visited since last problem I had, but did not have much of choice. Ordered a double baconator, got a single. I remembered last experience and checked to see if the order was complete in the parking lot. sure enough it was wrong. I have yet to have an order correct at this location. If you must go, go inside (be warned that it is very dirty) or do not leave the drive through window without confirming everything. (even though they throw the bag at you and close the window without a word). Manager was very surly, I will not go again.

1. If you honestly have that much problem with the place that you feel like you have to check everything before eating you should probably just go to the grocery store and eat.

2.

Most times they have orders to take while you're at the window. Some places even have headsets that automatically go into speaking mode when a vehicle is detected at the drive thru screen.

3. Please don't just sit there at the drive-thru.

At least drive up past the window.

You know that if you were in a hurry and you have to wait on someone in front of you that you would be pissed. If you have the time to get your order fixed then you have the time to park your car and come inside!

Wendys in Winter Garden, Florida - Wendy's Lazy and Rude Employees

I ordered 4 grilled chicken wraps, 2 plain and 2 regular. I waited in line for ten minutes with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window they told me it was going to be a wait for the chicken. I said okay. The cashier asked me not once, not twice but four different times if I was sure I wanted to wait, as if he wanted me to say no. I kept saying yes and he turned to whoever and said that I still wanted it. The lady replied, "JESUS CHRIST!" I told them Nevermind and left. I'm waiting on my call back from corporate. I can't believe they would hire such rude and lazy employees. What does she think she's paid for. It's not like she had to go and slaughter the chicken.. I felt disrespected and I was highly offended. Not my first bad experience at a Wendy's either
