Wendys - Do not eat at Wendy's at tanger outlet mall San Marcos Texas.

We wait in line 30 minutes to order. They sold chili to a woman and when they give her the food there are no spoons to eat it with. Their answer is someone isbringing them but we don't know when they will be here. So I decide no frosty today. Ordered a salad. Waited for 5 minutes only to then be told it is another 5 minutes to get chicken on it. Bad Bad Bad Service. I might add this is not the first time at this location but will definitely be the last. You need to fire the manager.

wow people are so quick to be offended these days. It's myrtle beach so alot of people are going to come in in their beach attire. If it was illegal like it is at alot of convenient stores (no shirt,no shoes,no service) it wouldn't happen, but apparently it's ok for this Wendy's to serve people without any shirts or shoes. It's not a sanitary issue if the food is prepared properly and the place is clean. If you don't like it go somewhere else to eat it's that simple.

I have to disagree with the previous comment. I've seen alot of dumb complaints about rudeness and was even fired from a Wendy's for supposedly being rude to 3 women on the 1st window.

People are so easily offended that anything could be rude to someone, but I agree this manager was out of line. Yes everything is cooked prior to customers ordering but that doesn't mean it can't be dropped fresh. The customer will just have to wait since they insist on fresh food. She shouldn't have threw the change on you and said she didn't care.

I wouldn't go back to that place either esp if she was the GM. To the other commenter it's not rude to request fresh food it's the restaurant's job to please their customers.

They can drop it fresh the customer just has to wait for it. I hate people I swear.

What do you mean in your many years of service? You started out by being rude, by requesting fresh food.

Aren't you aware that other than the chili, and the salads, which are prepared fresh in the morning, that every thing else that Wendy's sells is prepared as the customer orders it. They don't prepare a bunch of sandwiches and fries ahead of time and keep them under heat lamps.

IF you go there at least once a week you should have known all of this. You sound like a spoiled brat.

Wendys in Chicago, Illinois - Wrong wrong wrong!

I went to Wendy's in Columbia, MO. The lady seemed nice enough, took my order. I ordered a number 10. (Chicken nuggets) and a spicy chicken sandwich. 2 drinks. So, I get charged $13. I went to the window and they told me they were waiting on the fries for 2 minutes so I needed to pull up. I did, waited about 10 minutes and proceeded to go inside to see where my order was. The door was unlocked, but they were yelling saying they were closed. They came outside with one drink, instead of two and they gave us a burger and a spicy chicken sandwich but rang me up for two burgers add bacon?!!!! That's not even close to what I ordered! And since the lady forgot my small drink the first time I had already went back through the drive thru and didn't discover the food was wrong until I got home. So angry!!!

Wendys in Orlando, Florida - Classic / Dave's / Hot and Juicy

As a regular burger eater, my shop picks up lunch at the Ormond Beach / Granada store. We noticed the quality of the Classic Single, Hot and Juicy go up than go way down. Now, for almost 4.00 we get a warm dry burger. 6 months ago the meat was actually "Hot and Juicy". Please settle on a name and get the quality back to when they were in the little boxes. What happened to the little box, it disappeared with the quality! You're advertising, when using Wendy and introducing the "Hot and Juicy" worked, but now her reputation is at risk.

Wendys in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Misleading promotion

I was excitied to try the new Berry almond salad. I found what ended up being less than 1 strawberry and only 3 small blueberries in my salad. Very disappointed. It was almost 98% lettuce with only a trace of fruit. I went through the drive thru , so by the time I open up the salad I was far away from the location and therefore could not return it for a replacement. I ordered the large salad, I could only imagine what the small salad was like. The salad cost additional money over a regular salad, but was not even worth the small salad price.

Wendys in Richmond, Virginia - Multiple Orders with items missing

This is a complaint about the Wendy's on West Main St., Salem, VA 24153. On multiple occasions, I've ordered food through the Drive-Thru only to find when I got home, several items were missing and others wrong. For example, today I ordered one Baja Salad (which is supposed to have chili) but when I got home, there was no chili or salsa. I also ordered a single hamburger with no catsup. That only had catsup and also had cheese. This is the 10th time an order has been given me with large errors at this location. I wouldn't recommend this location of Wendy's.

Whenever you order takeout you should check the order before leaving the site. That being said people can make mistakes.

But your best bet, being you claim they never get it right check your order before leaving the site. Everybody should do that instead of taking the order home and then complaining about it, if it isn't right.

She let me go I ordered our salads I was shaking and returned to work.I called the police and met them at Wendys and they made a report .There were no signs posted about soliciting the GM said there were none posted.I asked him to look at the video tape he said Wendys do not have videos.I am calling corporate I feel I was violated and it ruined my day.

I don't know of any business that allows soliciting on their premises. I find it hard to believe that an employee held your tight, and you should be mature enough to be able to handle a situation without "shaking." If you wanted to leave some kind of cards, brochures, or whatever in the store, you should have asked the manager if that was possible.

I have worked places where somebody comes in asks if we will insert a card or something in with the purchase. There is a right way or wrong way to do things.
