So you wanted a Jr. bacon cheeseburger with no cheese----how interesting.

Why order one if you didn't want cheese?

If you go there 3 times a week...you should know if it comes with a tomato...clearly you don't go 3 times a week...

Wendys in Tucker, Georgia - Staff in desperate need of retraining

Please, please send someone to the Wendy's located on Old National Hwy, in College Park, Georgia. I've been a customer at that location for years. The window service is now horrible! The last three times I've gone to that location, they've gotten the order wrong. Not only was my order wrong, but so were the orders for the vehicles in front of me. Customers regularly hand the bags back through the window. What happens to the food that has been inside a customer's car? You can't let a customer handle the food, find out it's wrong, then pass it on to the next vehicle. Apparently the management has changed, because this crew is terrible. I normally stop there several times per month. I won't be back for a while. Maybe by the time I return, the problem will be corrected.

You hit it on the head....they need retraining or to find a new career. Have you reported this to management?

Brioche bread is pretty good, but just looking at this sandwich on the Wendy's website makes me not want to try it. But then again, I eat fast food only 2x a month, if that.

Wendys in Chicago, Illinois - Poor service and management Levittown area Wendy's fast food slow

Dec 2013 again poor service and management . Upon arrival to this Wendy's six pm on a Thursday found it not crowded as I waited for cashier to take my order 1st in line had to ask her are you ready to take my order and with no smile or welcome yea how rude. Then placed my order gave this cashier a twenty and change rather than getting more coins from the break of the twenty . She then looked at me and states I can"t make change from the coins I"ll give the change from the twenty and then states her math is not good you have to be kidding me I"m thinking to myself simple math and she couldn't"t do it . Now as I wait for my fast food order so I thought the next two customers were served when I asked the the guy behind the counter if my order was ready he looks at my receipt and says sorry let me get that for you . The service wasn't" bad enough then my burger was lacking beef and the sauce . Do I now have to ask Wendy's where is the beef .make your own tase much better and in the ten min it took could get a frozen dinner cheaper and taste better save you're net and time Wendy's thumbs down

Wendys in Jacksonville, Florida - Worst wendy's ever!!

I have had enough. I will never go back to my local wendy's at the corner of A1A and Mayport road. It is horrible. The food is horrible, the customer service is horrible, they are rude, and talk about cutomers in front of other customers. Since I moved to this area in july I go to that wendy's at least a few time every couple of weeks and they have never got my order right. I usually go through the drive thru cause I have little ones and I don't always want to get them all out of the car, so everytime I go there I end up going back in the store to get them to fix my order. Horrible!!!

If you checked your order before leaving the site, you wouldn't have to make another trip. Wouldn't it be easier to unload your kids and take them into the restaurant than to load them in the car to go, then unload them at home, then load them up again to go back to Wendy's, then when you get home unload the kids again?

Wouldn't it be healthier to feed your kids home prepared food, instead of fast food a few times every couple weeks. Fast food should be given as a special treat, maybe once a month if that often.

Wendys in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Fast food, wrong order and cold

I went through the drive through and ordered a #1 with no cheese and ketchup, small fry, drink, and a 4pc tender with BBQ sauce. I took the food down about 5 mins down the street for my mom. The fries were cold and old and so were the nuggets and then they didn't put the sauce in the bag. Why would you give someone old cold fries... U wouldn't want them. I was very upset. As I said before, just because it is fast food it doesn't have to be cold and old food. This is unacceptable!!! I will not go to this Wendy's again!!!

I find this hard to believe, because Wendy's prepares it's food as ordered. They don't have a bunch of it ready made, sitting under heat lamps.

Wendys - Nacogdoches, Texas Wendy's Stole my money...

I visited the Wendy's on North Street in Nacogdoches yesterday 11/13/13. I ordered a $1.83 shake. When I pulled up to the window, I asked the cashier what she would prefer, a $20.00 bill or my credit card. She told me either was fine so I gave her the 20. I received change for a 10. I brought this up to her and she told me she did not have any 20's in her register. Longer story short, spoke to the manager and her supervisor & they both told be too bad. They would not lift a finger. Not even an offer of $10 in store credit. My last visit to any Wendy's. If you do, beware.

Interesting that someone labeled this "***." I don't see anything blatantly suspicious about it at all. That kind of thing happens.

I once paid at a store and the cashier tried to give me the wrong change and instead of saying sorry and correcting it, she agreed with me. Then she didn't reach back to the drawer, but moved the money around like a bad card shuffle and said "Here you go. Sorry about that." When I said no, that she had merely shuffled the money around, she also tried to tell me she didn't have my $20 in the drawer. I did get my money back.

Unbelievable.

Sucks for you. Sorry.

Wendys in Federal Way, Washington - Atrocious customer service from Managment

Let's overlook the fact they are completely incapable of getting an order correctly. Let's gloss over the fact they don't understand how burgers work (hint: it has TWO parts to a bun, the top and the bottom. Not just the bottom) Let's get down to the biggest problem. A *** attitude displayed by ALL staff members of the Federal Way, WA Wendy's. After 2 back to back trips bungled by their staff, I had enough. I'll admit, I called corporate after the topless sandwich fiasco. Not once did I receive a call from the area/district manger as promised by the Wendy's helpline. The second time, they completely mucked up the order. After clearly stating I wanted 3 combos, I left with 3 sandwiches, 3 drinks, and one fry. When I called to tell the manager about their REPEATED failure to listen to a customers order, the night manager proceeded to tell me what I ordered in contrast to what I told the drive-thru attendant. He flat out REFUSED to give me any complaint numbers, told me I was wrong they were right, and then hung up on me. Now, it goes deeper. This time not only did I supply my phone number, but I also provided an email to help rectify the problem. We're looking at a week down the road, no call, no email. NOTHING! Let it be known, The Wendy's on 320th st in Federal Way not only makes no attempt to listen to the orders or get them right, the management all the way up to the Area Manager doesn't even care to call back and keep the business of people who pay for their food (and their jobs). I hate to play the "I pay for your salary" line, but at this point enough is enough. Not only will I never given them one red cent again, I will tell everyone who mentions Wendy's about this location's apathy and contempt for patrons. I'll inform them to not bother filing a complaint with corporate because even the DM and AM couldn't care less about us. Thank you, Wendy's. I love your pretzel burger, but your staff and management have lost me as a customer. It takes a lot for me to take this course of action. I'm a patient man who understands human error. However, I have absolutely no patience for rude staff, apathetic/outright rude Managment, and middle management who carry the same mindset of those they employ. Get it together.

When you order take out, you should be smart enough to check your order before leaving the site, that way if some items are missing you can get it corrected right away, by showing them it is wrong. If, as you say they keep getting your orders wrong, why do you keep going back?

Fruit flies at wendys

I went to wendys in Hamden ct with my boyfriend to try a new sandwich i saw on a commercial that looked good. After receiving our food i proceeded to the condiment counter. It was a mess ketchup all over the counter and used napkins. I decided to opt out the ketchup, then i saw the bugs fruit flies everywhere. We sat down and tried to eat our sandwich while swatting the flies. i went to the counter to let them no about the problem, no 1 came so i went back and asked for a receipt with the store phone number on it..I walked away with the number 5 mins later a girl wiped the counter then proceded to wipe the ketchup dispenser..gross cross contamination. annother 10 mins went by we are still swatting at flies then the manger came out and removed both the ketchup dispensers. It took my complaint to get this done. Who trains these people. Cross contamination is the easiest way to make people sick

I will ask who taught you how to spell, capitalize, and punctuate? You have no idea how busy they had been right before you got there.

As for fruit flies, other flies, and other bugs, any place that you have a drive through window there is going to be a problem with bugs, because the drive through window is open so much of the time. Apparently you have no idea about how restaurants are ran, or what goes on in the back.

If you are so fussy, maybe you should eat at home.

@anonymous

yes i do i was a waitress for 30 years and i know how things work and it was not busy the place was dead and as far as my spelling and punctuation yup it sucks but i would think most people would understand what i was talking about..the fruit flies were all around ketchup..and being fussy,,let me see if i am camping and there r ants.well this is to be expected but to have bugs flying around and the cashier wipe the counter then wipe the nozzle of the ketchup spout afterwards..this is very unsanitary ..i expect a certain level of cleanliness where ever i pay to be served..And if u r so inclined to put me down i am assuming u work there

Okay I did arrive one minute after 1 AM just as they closed for good, but all I wanted was some fries and a drink. I didn't see anything wrong with them serving one more customer one more minute longer(I was the only customer there). Well they refused and said that...
