I was in the Showlow Wendys on January 15 at approximately 5:30 PM in the drive-through. While waiting for my order I witnessed the employee aspen walk up to the sink washing station right next to the ice machine and drive through grab a paper towel turned towards the drive-through window and proceeded to blow her nose in the paper towel standing right next to the open ice machine she then threw the paper towel in the trash went back over to her register in the lobby and proceeded to stay on there for two minutes texting on her phone before she grabbed a customers order and handed them their food all of this done without even washing her hands when I spoke to the manager Brandon about it he shrugged it off off like he was not concerned.
When I pulled around to the front of the store after receiving my order, of which I did not even get my entire order. I saw the young girl out front talking with another coworker I then asked her what her name was and she replied Aspen then told her that she needs to learn to wash her hands and not blow her nose right next to an ice machine while she is on the clock that is disgusting I then proceeded to drive away.
I called the restaurant shortly after to try and let Brandon know that we did not receive our entire order and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me he did not appreciate me cursing at his employees which I never did and then told me I was not welcome back at Wendys after I told him we did not get our entire order he said he did not care I was not welcome back at Wendys I will not curse at his employees and then he hung up on me that is absolutely disgusting behavior on an employee, especially in these times of Covid an absolutely deplorable behavior by a manager. I will be contacting the health department on Monday and filing a formal complaint and also disputing the charge on my credit card since we did not get our entire order

Refund for undelivered order paid online
I ordered online, $30 dollars worth of food. I went the drive thru to pick up my order, and they proceeded to lie and say my order was picked up with door dash.
Which could not be possible because I did not order anything through door dash!!! And also I was in Walmart parking lot when I made the order, sitting in my car which is 2 minutes away, as soon as I hit send I drove to Wendy's. This was at 8:30 at night, when I pulled to the drive thru, the manager on duty said please hold we are currently understaffed, and I held on patiently for five minutes to only be told a lie that my order was picked up. When I explained to her that my order couldn't have been picked up and requested that they make my order or refund me my money.
She, in the rudest voice told me she wasn't taking out no more food to do my order, and I would have to take it up with door dash, how can I take it up with door dash and I never ordered door dash.
At this point I want my money back, not a Wendy's Gift card, not food but my hard earned money. If my order was too large and they were understaffed and closing in an hour and a half why take my money.

I had went through the drive through and got 4 5.00 biggie deals and a frosty. Nothing was fresh so I called talked to Kevin he stated he was a manager and to bring back the food and hed also give me Frostys for my troubles.
I get to the drive through and he calls me a lier he said he hadnt sold any biggie deals all day. I then showed him the old food and he said oh I thought you said you ordered 5 biggie deals.
Needless to say he gave me no Frostys and he never apologized to me for call me a liar Ive never been so angry for him to accuse me of lying to get free food really. He was a *** poor job of a manager to act the way he did and really he didnt take the time to look through the receipt to see that I had indeed ordered what i said I had.

Resolved: I need my W-2 form from 2021 . Well I have collected my tool I need 22 w-2s so thank you for your help and support
Because I went to the coordinated production of the company and they make sure I got my checks and they also make sure I have my w-2s everything was resolved.

Your story would be more believable if you did not mistake not getting your way as rude.
After paying $30 for some food I never received and lied to, because they didn't want to take my large order was rude asf. After they take your money everything is supposed to go your way...tf!
