Your point pleasant nj store continuely gets the order wrong. Tonight they broke their own record . They forgot to provide the correct salad dressing , did not provide onion for the chili,put ketchup on the double stack I ask not to add and did not provide a Cesar salad in the order.

Actually you sound rude, and ignorant to call an employee names, even if not in person. IF you ate the food, you didn't waste your money.

In order for that to happen you would have had to starve yourself.

After this take you parents with you so they can make sure you order properly. For your intelligent information, it isn't the Wendy's web site that requires 100 words for a complaint, this isn't their site, it it a general complaint site.

Wendys - Portobello Sandwich Review from Lakemont, Georgia

My husband and myself were at Wendy's earlier today for lunch, I always loved to eat at Wendy's, I was looking forward to chili, and the portobello sandwich, Iwe ordered went to our table, I put 6 packs hot sauce in my chile, I began to stir it in, the chile was watery and NO beans at all, I tolda lady that was helping fill customers drinks , to look at my chile there are no beans and like water, she took my chile and in few minutes returned with chile and said they had given me a new bowl, I stirred, it looked like the same I had, no beans and watery, I tasted, it had all the hot sauce I had put in , I was so upset, but what could I do, I told my husband I wNted to leave, and I will never be back there again, it's a shame that we paid near 15.00 for this meal and was not eatable,, those employees were horrible!

Junior Hamburger Review

SO I ORDER TWO PLAIN JUNIOR HAMBURGERS AND THEY GIVR ME FOUR JUNIOR CHEESEBURGER!!!!! Then, my mom and I get back in line to get the PLAIN HAMBURGERS, and what do they give me, HAMBURGERS EITH LETTUCE AND OTHER EXTRAS ON THEM!!! I end up starving myself of no dinner!!!!!

False adversting by wendys

i have seen the new mushroom cheese melt on tv......well they show lots of cheese and lots of mushrooms over flowing on the burger. i went thru the drive thru at king and park st in oshawa. i was pressed for time and when i went to eat their new specail hamburger is had on it 4 mushrooms and about half a tablespoon of cheese.this was on dec5th.2014,,,,the next day dec 6th2014 i went thru the drive thru again this time with my sister and i told them how much we liked the new mushroom melt.and i dint get enough sauce they said for 50 cents they would give us more. i monday dec8th i phoned the wendys to the manager and complained to him. he said the proper scoop for the sauce was not sent to them.i said then why not give 2 scoops then he apologized .i said im not going to tolerate getting ripped of and reporting this.ty mary j shearer

I don't go through drive-thrus anymore and for good reason. I also will never go to Wendys again.

Last month I went there and got their new mushroom burger and also only got 4 mushrooms that were terrible quality, as if it were canned. The "sauce" was just a dried up brown stain on the top bun and the bacon was 3, 1/2 length slices that looked more rubber than meat.

I immediately went up and asked for my money back.

Good thing I did too, because I hadn't noticed that the sandwich, by itself, costed $5.25!

The saddest thing is that their new motto is, "Quality is our recipe." even though that's the second time I had complaints about their food in the same month. Again, I will never go to Wendys again in my life.

Wendys in Aurora, Colorado - Long wait, and cold food

Friday Dec. 5, 2014, after work somewhere around 7:15 or more I went inside of Wendy's on Colfax and Chambers in Aurora Colo. The wait was 20 minutes due to long lines. So I went to the drive through, it was the same....So I decided to run an errand. I came back an hour later to drive through and received a cold baconator meal with two large sprites, which had too much ice. I spend over $12.00 for bad service! ( and there wasn't any paper towels in the bathroom when I went inside the first time to wash my hands.

Sometimes stores are understaffed because the managers are under pressure to keep the number of hours down, which results in long wait times and poorly maintained facilities during the peak periods.

You did not receive cold food at Wendy's. They don't prepare their sandwiches until somebody orders one.

The same goes for their fries.

The only way a person can make sure they don't have too much ice in their drinks, anyplace is to fill the drinks themselves. Why would anybody want two large drinks for one person?

Wendys - Drive thru employee named Matt at your Wendy's in Alamosa Colorado

Tonight at about 6:40 pm, I stopped by the Wendy's in Alamosa CO to pick up a quick dinner for my family. I went through the drive thru and there was only 1 car ahead of me and the parking lot was nearly empty. The employee taking drive thru orders first said he would be with me in a minute. When he came back on he snapped at me to go ahead and order. His tone of voice was unpleasant. He almost seemed annoyed. I began my order asking for a bacon mushroom burger and before I could say that i wanted the combo, he almost yelled through the speaker "do you want the meal?" I told him. that I did want the meal and was still speaking when he interrupted me asking if I wanted the medium. He then asked "is that it? " I told him that it wasn't and I proceeded with my order. He was very rude and unprofessional. He told me the total and told me to pull forward. I just said WOW. This is the 3rd time this employee has been rude to me in the drive thru. When I got to the 1st window to pay, I asked the employee if that was him in the speaker and he said it wasn't. I told him that the last 3 times I've gone through the drive thru that this person taking orders had been rude. He told me that they constantly get complaints on this guy. He told me that the guys name was Matt. I worked as a district manager for a food service establishment for more than 20 years and I do realize that it can be tough at times. This is why I don't generally complain when there is an issue. But this employee (Matt) consistently gives poor customer service. He acts as though it is an inconvenience to assist customers. I would have wanted to know if there was an employee at one of my restaurants that behaved this way and finally decided that you needed to know as well. This employee doesn't seem like he belongs in any type of customer service role. In the future if I decide to return to this location, I will call ahead of time to make sure Matt is not working. Thank you for your time.
