Complaint about customer service

I have been visiting Wendys on 6th and North Ave for 2 weeks now. We are a non profit group and we have had excellent service.

On September 20, at approximately 2:00 I tried to place an order with the cashier. She was very rude and kept yelling talk up speak up while other coworkers laughed. I finally order a junior cheeseburger and a value fry which she said came up to $9. I order the same thing everyday so I know the total is $5.30.

I tried to explain to her that she rung up the wrong thing and she told me to go eat somewhere else.

I will never visit the restaurant again. I will be making a public complaint also on google

Debit card not returned

I visited Oaklawn blvd store in Hopewell VA drive thru. Received my 8rder but card and receipt was not returned. When I realized I didn't have my card I called them and they said they had it. I returned to the store and suddenly no one knows anything about a card. I had to lock my card and now the inconvenience of getting a new card is stressful.

The wendys on hopple Street in Cincinnati Ohio is the worse wendys I've ever been to. Almost the worse restaurant I have been to. I work in the restaurant business so I can't understand how they get away with continuing to operate so poorly. Either the managers can't manage the store or they don't care what's going on. They are closed when they should be open and they are always out of food and drinks that they should always have. Do not go to this wendys!

Order was completely wrong

I ordered 2 $5 chicken sandwich biggie bags and got bacon cheeseburgers, didnt get ice in my drinks, didnt get straws, the sandwiches were cold, I asked for my receipt and didnt get it, after having to wait forever for my order. Tried to go in store to get my sauces and straws and tell them my order was wrong and all the doors were locked. Not happy I would like a refund.

Placed a mobile order, had to wait in a line from 6:15pm until 7:10 at store #0000357* *** Eglin Parkway NE FORT WALTON BEACH, fl 32547.To trying to tell someone I had a mobile order. Parked my car and someone inside motion to me that only the drive-thru was open.

Had to get back in line at 6:30 PM. Called the store @ 6:45 and someone hung up on me. Called back again @ 6:47 to talk to someone, and he said he was in the bathroom and couldn't take people's orders, but he was back now. Finally pulled up at 6:57 to drive-up up it 6:59 was told to pull around at 7:02 a person called sauce.

Gave me the wrong drink, finally given the right drink. Had to wait for my food to be fixed. On my drive home, I realize there were no nuggets in my bag. Had to go all the way back to the store to get them.

I thought asked for my ticket to be printed and person wanted to argue with me about asking for correct drink. I asked him please just give me my nuggets and I had to ask for barbecue sauce also, clearly on the ticket it says for chicken nuggets and barbecue sauce.

Drive through person was trying to justify me asking for the correct drink that he didn't give me my nuggets or my barbecue sauce. I asked for a copy of my receipt.

He finally did give it to me that his supposedly the host had crossed it out so I could not see what his correct name is Very disappointing at the attitude that I receive! All right disappointed in the speed at which I had to wait also to tell them I had a mobile order and to receive my order correctly.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PLACE! There was a customer in front of me at the drive thru she left without paying for her food. I heard in the back saying charge this customer me for the food she didnt pay. I was in shock, I couldnt believe what I had heard. THOSE EMPLOYEES WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Bad customer services

Waited in line over 15 minutes no one else in line except for others waiting for their order. This is the same problem at all locations in Roanoke and New River valley. If they can not provide adequate service, they should close the doors. I had to go to a competitors for lunch, and I will limit my visits to Wendy's in the future.

Rest condition and kids who work there

They have all this kids employes jerking around instead of taking care the costumer. What about the conditions of the restaurant. Is beautiful but stinks like buss station in LA. Nasty. Dont they know about sanitation. Use those employed to clean the place. Call Stanley steamer they are fantastic on cleaning tile floors Nd the grout. Some one should pay attention dont count on the manager she is to busy running a day care. This property on Turkey Lake next to a hotel were tourist eat there. They need A wake up call

Dont know what 20038 means. Hope is store num. i try to use their website.

But cant log in the zip code and store location. Even the web don't work right.

I had a drink spilled on my crotch with no replacement. I lost my wages as a uber eats driver because the staff at this location said that they refused to make any new orders even though my customer had already paid online. I waited and extensive 20 minutes for the order and then after handing me the bag, that is when they devided to tell me that they could only make HALF of the order. Horrible experiance. All of the employees inside were dancing around and laughing and NOT doing their jobs. They screwed me out of my gas, money, and time.

I accidentally used the wrong credit card. And they told me they could not fix that on the register. The food was cold, the sandwiches were made wrong. It was just a horrible experience altogether. I think they did that to our food on purpose. Because I told the young man that he didn't seem to understand how financials work. That he can go ahead, delete the order and then re ring it and swipe my new card.

I went to store 5503, Dallas, Pennsylvania. I go at 9AM before I go to volunteer at the church. For 3 weeks straight i have had to call the location to have the door opened between 9:05 9:10AM.

For 3 weeks straight I have had to call the location to have the door opened between 9:05 9:10AM. Others just left, but I stayed. Week one someone came to door within 2 minutes. Week 2 it took about 7 minutes but I waited.

However, when my order was totaled, the amount did not match the price list posted. The assistant manager explained the price on the board was incorrect but honored it for this purchase. Week 3, the actual store manager was there and was very rude. I waited over 15 minutes for the door to open and I was spoken to as if I were a pain and not a paying customer.

I take my grandchildren to that Wendy's at least once a week as a "Grandma outing". I have not been back since.

On the 3rd visit, I just walked out and haven't been back. I have been a regular customer of Wendys for over 35 years

Store complaint

Didn't get to use the service as it is only Monday to Friday. So when you need to rectify an issue you have to wait for business hours. For that large of a company I was surprised about that. I will no longer go to this location. Plenty of other food stores are the same distance. The Seaford location is always an issue and this time to embarrass me in front of my 7 year old son that was it for me.
