Worst experience ever

I was just at the Wendy's in Port St. Lucie, FL. I am on vacation with my kids, and we went to the Wendy's off US 1. The woman was so rude in drive through and the menu board said that they had the bacon dbl stack and the crispy chicken BLT in the biggie bag under biggie deals, which they did not then they did not have vanilla sprite. When we got to the first window to pay she was very rude and did not give me a receipt or the correct change!!! When we got our food it was ridiculous my sprite was 100% soda water, I specifically go to Wendy's for the BBQ sauce for my fries and nuggets. I asked her for BBQ for one and honey mustard for the other 4 for 4 and honey mustard for the 5 for 5. We got one honey mustard for 20 nuggets and 3 PPL. Our two 4 for 4 were supposed to be plain one for my child and I have a stomach issues, so I have to have mine plain or I can't eat it. So my entire meal was ruined and I was already heading out of town by the time everything was realized. I called 5 times and no answer!! I have had other issues with this specific store and now I'm out my time, my 15.00 dollars and am on the road and still hungry because I could not eat it. I am so mad!! The woman shorted my change 5 dollars who does that? Gives out incorrect change soda water, no sauce and incorrect sandwiches which was obviously deliberate hence the lack of the receipt. I want this rectified...this has ruined our whole day.

I went through the drive thru at the store in Homestead Pennsylvania 1. My food was given to car in front of me. 2. Customer goes through bag and gives back 3. I was given same bag that customer had just gone through 4. I ordered chili and nuggets and asked for ketchup 5. I received chili and nuggets- no spoon, ketchup, crackers,receipt 6. They were out of sour cream, machine out of regular coke and it was cold in the restaurant. Not to mention my granddaughter noticed they gave her a straw from dunkin donuts orange and pink. They rest of the straws were red. That's nasty so how did a dunkin donut straw end up being given out at wendys.

Messed up order

My husband went through at approximately 2 oclock through the drive-through and order over $50 worth of food the very first order he ordered was mine which Hass to be specialized we ordered a number two which is a double no cheese no cheese no cheese because of my inability to handle lactose. I like your hamburgers not cheeseburgers. It was on the screen that it was to be no cheese. But when he was handed five bags in a long line of cars behind him he didnt check When he got home there was triple cheese bottom top and middle cant even scrape it off plus mine was a special order not part of the dollar order so I shouldve gotten a regular fry but I didnt all I got was a small dollar fry Im very frustrated with your company that their inability to get an order right as simple as no cheese. How can I get through to the Wendys on gull Road in Kalamazoo Michigan it keeps asking for a remote access code. What does that mean?

I visited #7892 on 10/4 & was in drive thru over 20 minutes before ordering. Payment window was closed; when I got to pickup window the 2 workers didn’t want to honor my survey for free sandwich with purchase. Manager came in to correct the total but by the time I got my food & parked in the lot the single burger wasn’t even lukewarm & the fries were barely warm. While in line 3 cars behind me left the place altogether before getting to the window because the wait was so long, which I reported to the manager. I’ve tried several times to call but there’s 13-20 calls ahead of me. My receipt number is #3123 if that means anything to you.

I went throught drive thru ordered large chicken nugget meal, hamburger, and number 1 meal. Had to go back they forgot fries and honey mustard. Then she handed the fries out the window ...no bag . Masks were not covering noses on any employee I saw. Was not given or offered a reciept.

Today I was at store #3402 at 6:30 pm waited in drive thru for 25 min. Then my order was wrong. I had to go in and manager was very rude. She asked about a mask told her I have sinus issue she accused me of lying. I was very offended. You nerd to train her in customer service and McDonald's is killing her with drive thru time in line.

Hope everyone is having a fantastic day This past Saturday, (1:58 PM, August 8, 2020) I visited the Wendys Restaurant # 11721, 13549 W. Colonial Dr., Winter Garden, FL 34787 location with my family. I placed our order and waited for our food. There were two mistakes that rise to violations of Health and Safety protocols/violations. First, the fries were cold; so I gave it back to the Host/Cashier, Lailyonna. Instead of throwing the fries in the trash she put it back with the fries that were just cooked. Other patrons waiting noticed what she did and all said throw them all in the garbage. She totally ignored the requests. Second, the sandwich was to be plain (no sauces); it had mayo. The same person (Lailyonna) re-wrapped the sandwich and used it to fill another patrons order. I complained to "deaf ears" of the restaurant staff. Been 8 days and no contact. Texted twice since the 16th and emailed twice via Wendy's form. Also chat and told case number will be assigned. Still waiting. Here's the conversation. Me-Since I waited over half an hour on the phone, I am texting. Please call me since I have to explain. At store# 00007624; Washington Blvd Halethorpe, MD 21227. Worst service at any fast food I have received. Other customers had problems. 35 min wait and poor attitude. 443-474-**** Janet Burtnick Thank you. Put in an order for two burgers, spicy avocado bacon and 2 for $5.00. Spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets. Waited about 25 mins. In the meantime other customers were having incorrect orders. When my order arrived my Son and I checked. His crispy chicken avocado bacon was grilled. Missing spicy chicken sandwich. We told the counter person; Angela. Looked at the receipt and said grilled. Spicy was said. Mistakes happen, but should have said we'll take care of it. Instead arguing with the grill ppl of what was on the slip. Finally a manager or what came over. We told him wrong sandwich and missing one with the 2 for $5. He got the two items. When my Son got home the spicy chicken sandwich was regular after all that. The replaced spicy avocado bacon was correct. After 35 min wait, in house arguing it still was incorrect. CS- I am so sorry to hear that! That is not acceptable! What was the time of your visit? Me-Receipt said 1:01 pm CS-I will be forwarding this on to the entire management team who oversees this location, so that they can address this as soon as possible, to ensure that it does not happen again in the future.
